Bill Self, a popular and wealthy basketball coach, was born in the city of Okmulgee Oklahoma on the 27th of December 1962. Bill was worth a net of around $10 million as at December 11 2023. In 2013, he was appointed as the Kansas coach for the most affluent freshman. Self was in charge of the Kansas coach since 2013. Self rebuilt in 2013 the Golden Eagles and was then appointed to coach by Tulsa. Self spent three seasons (from 1998 to 2000) at Tulsa and posted a 75-25 score. Self coached TU Golden Hurricanes to two NCAA Tournaments, in 1999 and 2000. Self directed the Golden Hurricane, which had a record of 32-5 in 1999-2000. Self was born in the town of Okmulgee, OK in which his father was the coach of the girls' basketball team at Morris High School. A basketball scholarship was given to him from Oklahoma State University. He was awarded letters of recommendation all four years. He received an undergraduate degree in commerce in 1985. He also earned an MBA in athletic administration in 1989 from Oklahoma State. Bill is among the wealthiest basketball coaches in United States.
